After you have successfully placed your order at wosports.com, your order will be confirmed within 1 hour, and you will receive an email with information regarding the details of your order.
Your order will be shipped within 24 hours after the order is confirmed. Usually, the tracking number will be updated within a span of 1 to 3 days. If you don't receive any updates on the shipping information, there's no need to worry because your package is already on its way. Currently, all orders will only be dispatched on working days.

Q: What should I do if I filled in my address incorrectly?

If the package has not been sent out yet, our customer service team will manually modify the address for you. For other couriers, the address cannot be modified.
